Fifty years ago, Mom and Dad would send the kids to spend the week on Grandma and Grandpa’s farm because they knew the exposure to the land, animals, and the food produced would enrich their lives. I am eager to share my farm with your child (ages 8-14) at Farm Camp!  It will be a chance to swap out stress-inducing screen time for the comforting rituals and daily rhythms of a working farm.

A Peek at the Daily Schedule

  • Day 1: Meet Eleanor, the donkey, and her sheep, goats, rabbits, and mini-pig friends
  • Day 2: Calves are assigned, and training begins.

  • Day 3: Horse and cow riding (campers get to ride Curious Bleu, a Scottish Highland ox and both horses: Snap and Moose)

  • Day 4: Calf bathing and preparation for Friday’s show

  • Day 5: Judged cow show followed by an animal/child relay race in the afternoon.

Cool Off under the sprinklers EVERY DAY! I hope to see your child on our farm this summer!
